  • Support a key client's recruiting needs for manufacturing roles
  • Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways
  • Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment and talent management
  • Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
  • Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate phone screens
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
