About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a key client's recruiting needs for manufacturing roles
- Connect candidates' skills to meaningful work and develop career pathways
- Manage all aspects of full-cycle recruitment and talent management
- Build candidate pipelines through social networks, industry communities, creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
- Market, screen, assess, and present candidates for opportunities
- Advocate for candidates, remove barriers, and prepare them for successful employment
- Deliver an exceptional hiring experience and drive client satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet recruitment metrics, workload commitments, and client expectations
- Advise candidates and clients on in-demand skills, local labor markets, and workforce management
- Stay current and develop expertise in the changing world of work
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate phone screens
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Workday experience preferred
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
