Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing and sourcing through to offer management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies
- Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational culture
- Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or Recruitment Consultant
- Previous experience recruiting within the energy sector is strongly preferred
- Background in RPO, agency recruitment, or a fast-paced in-house recruitment environment
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and organization
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic recruitment environment
