About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
- Perform active sourcing across different platforms and attraction strategies;
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and align with hiring managers;
- Manage a high volume of openings, ensuring organization and meeting deadlines;
- Work closely with internal clients/stakeholders to understand requirements and support profile definition;
- Monitor recruitment metrics and propose improvements to selection processes;
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields;
- Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably managing high-volume hiring;
- Experience liaising with hiring managers and/or internal clients;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate);
- Good communication skills, organization, and a sense of prioritization;
- Plus: knowledge of English and/or Spanish.
