About the role
- Conduct recruitment and selection of candidates for high-volume call center positions, with an emphasis on promoting diversity throughout all processes.
- Lead group exercises to assess candidates' behavioral competencies.
- Screen resumes/CVs, identifying potential talent for open opportunities.
- Perform talent sourcing for qualified professionals using various recruitment platforms and social networks.
- Actively collaborate in high-volume selection processes, bringing innovation and efficiency to group activities.
- Use the Office suite effectively, with special emphasis on Excel, to support data organization and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
- Reside in one of the following locations: São Paulo and metropolitan area, Curitiba/PR, Fortaleza/CE, or Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
- Required experience with recruitment and selection for high-volume vacancies; call center experience is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Gupy preferred.
