About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions across Brazil;
  • Act strategically and proactively in candidate attraction, using diverse sources and approaches;
  • Manage processes using an ATS (experience with Gupy is a plus);
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment and selection metrics, ensuring agility and quality in deliverables;

Requirements
