About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions across Brazil;
- Act strategically and proactively in candidate attraction, using diverse sources and approaches;
- Manage processes using an ATS (experience with Gupy is a plus);
- Monitor and analyze recruitment and selection metrics, ensuring agility and quality in deliverables;
- Work in partnership with hiring managers and internal teams, maintaining alignment and a smooth process flow.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (completed);
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and selection for operational positions;
- Remote work with regional restriction: candidates must be located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Curitiba.
