About the role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions across Brazil;
- Act strategically and proactively in candidate attraction, using a variety of sources and approaches;
- Manage processes using an ATS (experience with Gupy is a plus);
- Monitor and analyze recruitment and selection (R&S) metrics, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to maintain alignment and a smooth process flow.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree completed;
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and selection for operational roles;
- Remote work with regional limitation: candidates must be located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Curitiba.
