About the role

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for operational positions across Brazil;
  • Act strategically and proactively in candidate attraction, using a variety of sources and approaches;
  • Manage processes using an ATS (experience with Gupy is a plus);
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment and selection (R&S) metrics, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to maintain alignment and a smooth process flow.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment and selection for operational roles;
  • Remote work with regional limitation: candidates must be located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, or Curitiba.
