About the role

  • Provide support to the app's user base via email and chat
  • Create internal tickets for other company departments and vendors
  • Record all customer interactions
  • Investigate specific issues in collaboration with development teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
  • Fluent or native Spanish
  • Intermediate English
  • Experience in consultative customer support, preferably via digital channels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
