About the role
- Provide support to the app's user base via email and chat
- Create internal tickets for other company departments and vendors
- Record all customer interactions
- Investigate specific issues in collaboration with development teams
- Analyze customer data across various systems
- Create and update saved/canned responses in the system
- Create and update knowledge articles, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), and internal support content
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Fluent or native Spanish
- Intermediate English
- Experience in consultative customer support, preferably via digital channels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
