About the role

  • Provide consultative customer support through digital channels such as chat, email and ticketing systems;
  • Support premium and/or digital-segment customers;
  • Record, update and maintain complete and accurate support information in the CRM database;
  • Use CRM systems to monitor, manage and handle tickets, such as Zendesk, Octadesk, Dynamics, Salesforce or similar;
  • Work with knowledge-base methodologies such as FAQs and Help Desk;
  • Follow and operate defined support processes and workflows;
  • Collaborate with the IT team to investigate, analyze and resolve reported incidents and problems;
  • Analyze support data, customer behavior and application performance to identify patterns, improvement opportunities and process adjustments;
  • Prepare written communications to customers, including responses, guidance and clarifications related to support cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology or related fields;
  • Intermediate English, with reading, writing and comprehension skills, including the ability to write emails and create tickets in English;
  • Previous experience in customer support via digital channels such as chat, email and ticketing systems;
  • Experience with consultative support, focused on quality and NPS;
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Octadesk, Dynamics or similar;
  • Knowledge of knowledge-base methodologies such as FAQs and Help Desk;
  • Familiarity with support processes, workflows and incident analysis;
  • Ability to analyze data and user behavior to identify improvements.
