About the role
- Troubleshoot simple and medium-level issues with GTAC and HQ when failures or errors occur, until the installation is successfully completed
- Apply and coordinate maintenance windows (MW) with the client
- Draft MOPs for non-complex (medium-risk) activities in collaboration with the client and the company
- Perform field technical support activities, which may include traveling to customer sites, hardware replacement, technical workshops, and other tasks
- Handle customer SRs (service requests) for medium-risk issues, including consulting and troubleshooting
- Implement the necessary solution until ticket closure and ensure SLA compliance
- Conduct platform health checks and implement preventive measures during low-risk maintenance windows
- Conduct low-risk maintenance windows following company and customer procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Networking, Computer Science/Information Systems (ADS), or related fields
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience in field technical support, maintenance windows (MW), Huawei and Cisco equipment, MOP creation, handling tickets, and experience with SGT systems
- Availability to visit client sites when required
