About the role
- Consultative sales
- Work within the machinery industry
- Approximately 70% of time traveling across Brazil and South America (Chile, Argentina, Colombia)
- Technical and consultative support
- Act as a link between engineering and sales
- Provide technical support throughout the full sales cycle
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions for briquetting and agglomeration processes
- Development of customized solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt equipment and processes
- Ensure compliance with customers' technical and commercial specifications
- Presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations
- Highlight benefits, differentiators and applications of the solutions
- Sales cycle management
- Participate in negotiations and prepare business cases
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs
- Oversee tests, validations and final approval stages with customers
- Customer relationship management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Act consultatively to resolve issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and post-sales support
- Technical and market updates
- Stay current on technological and market trends
- Attend trade shows, events and industry activities
- Contribute insights to commercial strategies.
Requirements
- Languages: English – Mandatory
- Speaking: Fluent
- Writing: Fluent
- Listening: Fluent
- Reading: Fluent
- Spanish – Basic
- IT: CRM – Intermediate level (mandatory)
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in consultative sales
- Experience in the machinery industry (especially briquetting and agglomeration)
- Availability for frequent travel (approximately 70% within Brazil and South America)
- Valid visa/work authorization
- Residence in Belo Horizonte (MG).
