Drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients
Handle 40-60 requisitions at a time across different time zones
Connect with motivated candidates to match them to job opportunities
Build relationships to develop a strong pipeline of candidates
Advocate for candidates for career opportunities
Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a diverse candidate pipeline
Deliver on client commitments and provide an exceptional hiring experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of recruiting experience
Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce.
Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously.
Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones.
Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
