What you’ll need

3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
Ability to work on site up to 5 days a week and travel to two other plants in the area
Polished communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Savvy with technology (PowerSuite and Carve) and able to learn new systems quickly
Strong time management, attention to detail, and goal-oriented
