Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting (field tech, fiber, or manufacturing preferred)
Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring timelines (approx. 5 weeks per class)
Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot between roles and locations
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working in a non-client facing, team-focused environment
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
