About the role
- Pre-screen and interview scheduling for Client Hiring Managers
- Facilitate hiring events: welcome & register attendees, assist with prescreens, explain paperwork, initiate clearance, facilitate candidates between stations
- Generate recruitment metric reports manually and via the applicant tracking system
- Maintain program compliance, data entry, and reporting
- Coordinate recruiting team communications for onboarding and client program updates
- Oversee day-to-day coordination: resume submissions, requisition distribution, interview scheduling, onboarding actions, program reporting
- Communicate with clients, recruiters, and program management to validate orders and obtain accurate job descriptions
- Identify areas for process improvement and serve as subject matter expert on program SLAs and processes
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate Excel reporting skills
- Proficient in an ATS (e.g., Taleo, Avature, JobApp)
- 2+ years of work experience in back office, account management, or recruiting
- Ability to provide support during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
- Nice to have: Experience in a role that required in-depth data analysis
