- Managing recruiting, including screening and submitting candidates provided, while also asking probing questions.
- Use expertise in high-volume recruiting to continue to grow our network of Tax Professionals across the United States.
- Work with an awesome team of passionate and supportive leaders who champion the work to bring the world's brightest people to Intuit and help drive Intuit’s goal of Powering Prosperity.
- Attract, screen, and build relationships with candidates who are experts in their domain and are eager to help others.
- Support the Intuit Talent Acquisition team, as a High Volume Recruiter for our QuickBooks Live Network.
- Provide innovative, scalable talent delivery solutions to assess and acquire the right talent to support our millions of customers around the world.
- High-volume staffing team responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with an agile team of recruiting professionals.
Requirements
- High-Volume Recruiter - Remote RPO Consultant (Intuit) - 0033709
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, high-volume recruitment is a plus
- Experience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required.
- Ability to build effective relationships with the recruiting team and candidates
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and in writing
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible
- Strong candidate experience focus
- Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking
- PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various technology systems
- Qualifications Required
- Industry: 2+ years of recruiting experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Nice to Have
- Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
