About the role

  • Proactively build a strong talent community and pipeline of in-demand talent through personal and digital networking
  • Source, screen and interview candidates
  • Track current consultants’ impending end dates and market for open roles where possible to maintain their engagement
  • Transition interested and qualified talent to recruiters and provide an overview of the perceived match
  • Assess candidate motivations and aspirations and entice them to consider and accept job opportunities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting)
  • Proven success sourcing technical roles (e.g., Fraud/Risk, front-end, full stack, back-end) and non-technical roles for large Fortune 500 companies
  • Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
  • High School Diploma
