Events

• The Client Service Coordinator is a key member of the RPO Delivery team, responsible for all aspects of event and logistic coordination.
• Coordinator will be managing campus platform, Yello.
• Creating events and generating email campaigns in Yello
• Supporting event coordination and logistics management, scheduling flights and hotels.
• Ordering and Tracking Supplies
• Facilitate hiring events including welcoming & registering attendees, assisting with prescreens and coordination (paperwork explanation, initiating clearance, facilitating candidates between stations)
• Maintain all program compliance, data entry, and reporting in support of the program team.
• Coordinate recruiting team communications for the onboarding process for candidates/employees and client program updates.
• Support projects as needed.
• Identify and suggest areas for improvement in program processes; serve as a subject matter expert on program SLAs and processes.
• Develop internal relationships across RPO departments
• Communication with clients, recruiters, and program management to validate orders including obtaining a complete and accurate job description.
• Develop client relationships through order fulfillment, and develop trust and rapport.
• Other accountabilities as assigned.
