About the role
- Manage the Expert Network's master schedule for specific workstreams
- Conduct deep-dive discovery, gather information, and create actionable recommendations
- Develop and execute streamlined communication mechanisms for stakeholder alignment
- Facilitate process mapping and document new hiring strategies
- Identify process gaps and propose solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project or program management experience
- Expert proficiency in Smartsheet
- High proficiency with Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets, and Google Forms)
- Experience with white-boarding/design tools (e.g., Miro) is a plus
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end high-volume hiring life cycle
