About the role
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position.
- Create ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using various resources.
- Manage referral sources and other identified sourcing channels.
- Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan.
- Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team.
- ATS maintenance including entering candidate information and generating recruitment metric reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting).
- Proven success sourcing corporate roles for large Fortune 500 companies.
- Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
