What you’ll need

More than 10 years as a NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN
Experience in radio equipment at Nokia and Ericsson in the aforementioned technologies as well as controllers (BSC and RNC)
Extensive experience in the N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience in RAN network management.
Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the field of Mobile RAN Access.
With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that make them up.
With the capacity for analysis, troubleshooting and solution proposals.
Experience with tools such as: iGRI, OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA, and CEX, as well as Network Element Management Systems (specific to the involved RAN manufacturers) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Spanish (Mandatory) and English (will be an asset).
