Handling emails and calls from internal client.
Creating Incident Tickets in the ITSM Tool.
Sorting incidents received from external teams using the tool into categories: Network, Billing, or IT.
Assigning the incident to the right team for resolution.
Coordinating with the appropriate team to obtain status updates and communicate them to the customer.
Closing incident tickets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience between 0 and 2 years of experience in similar monitoring or support roles.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Experience using Remedy or similar ticketing systems (ITSM Tools - Desirable)
Ability to work with monitoring software such as Site 24x7 or OBM (Monitoring Tools - Desirable)
Availability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.
