About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project management of discrete projects outside of the production process to support the creative team.
Manage tickets / creative tasks through the production process, working directly with the designers and copywriters to ensure project deadlines are met;
Ensure all requests to the creative team contain relevant project details that would allow successful delivery of a request.
Communications with requesters throughout a project’s lifecycle, including negotiations of scope or timing, the use of self-service tools, or outside agencies when appropriate.
Daily management of Jira tickets sent to the BCDM team; Ensures timely and accurate Jira ticket data at each project stage until delivery and completion;

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of marketing production project management experience
Experience with Jira required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Demonstrated competency using technology that includes but is not limited to Google Docs, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Jira, Smartsheet, Canva, and social marketing tools.
Familiarity with specifications and requirements for assets like digital ads, PDF creation, event/trade show booths preferred
