Creator Marketing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and execute creator-facing activations end-to-end, including partnerships, programs, and product education initiatives
- Drive product awareness and adoption by translating marketing strategies into scalable creator touchpoints
- Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams, agencies, and external partners to deliver campaigns on time and to a high standard
- Manage and scale education programs focused on content quality, platform understanding, and monetisation readiness
- Act as a marketing generalist across messaging, creative review, execution, and performance tracking
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign impact, capturing insights and improving future activations
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment across all stages of project delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, activations, or related fields
- Proven experience delivering customer-facing or creator-facing initiatives tied to product or commercial outcomes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners or agencies
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and German
