About the role
- Create and deliver accurate CAD site drawings
- Apply operator site specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Propose antenna reconstruction/optimization and support RF requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors and operators; support site surveys, as-built drawings and handovers.
- Ensure EHS compliance in designs and documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in Telecom/Electrical/Civil/Structural Engineering or similar.
- 3+ years telecom site design experience.
- Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/MicroStation) and portfolio of telecom drawings.
- Knowledge of equipment installation.
- Familiarity with German/EU standards and EHS requirements.
- German (preferred) and English fluent.
