About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all production activities for the specific M+H zone
  • Ensure customer orders are processed on time and to budget
  • Lead a team of employees within the area of responsibility
  • Plan and control the production budget
  • Attend daily SQDC review at the site
  • Manage the RPS (Rapid Problem Solving)/8D process
  • Optimize machine capacities and maintain equipment
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
  • Implement cleanliness and order of the production area
  • Develop and motivate direct reports within HR policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a relevant field of technical or business education
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field of manufacturing operations
  • 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Injection Molding experience
  • Tier 1 Automotive industry manufacturing experience
  • Knowledge on handling TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
  • MS Office
