About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, direct and coordinate all production activities for the specific M+H zone
Ensure customer orders are processed on time and to budget
Lead a team of employees within the area of responsibility
Plan and control the production budget
Attend daily SQDC review at the site
Manage the RPS (Rapid Problem Solving)/8D process
Optimize machine capacities and maintain equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental policies
Implement cleanliness and order of the production area
Develop and motivate direct reports within HR policy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or a relevant field of technical or business education
5+ years of relevant work experience in the field of manufacturing operations
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Injection Molding experience
Tier 1 Automotive industry manufacturing experience
Knowledge on handling TS 16949 and ISO 14001 requirements
MS Office
