About the role

  • Drive Execution Excellence by supporting the agile strategy execution approach, cross-functional alignment and governance to deliver on strategic targets.
  • Consult and coach internal stakeholders: analyze challenges, provide structured frameworks/methodologies and trigger mindset/behavior change on individual and team level.
  • Support internal customers in developing, planning and executing strategic initiatives, including workshops to align vision, priorities and execution.
  • Challenge and sharpen target definitions: assess clarity/viability, ensure strategic alignment and use data to recommend adjustments (incl. OKR logic).
  • Create and provide additional data-driven progress reports where needed; translate insights into actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  • Identify interdependencies/overlaps and systemic risks; optimize resources and resolve bottlenecks and conflicts across initiatives.
  • Define and continuously improve (agile) project management standards, methods, processes, templates and tools for non-customer projects, especially strategy execution.
  • Oversee implementation and correct application of defined standards; support teams in applying project management methodologies effectively.
  • Develop role-/target-group-specific learning material and learning journeys; deliver trainings, workshops and enablement formats.
  • Facilitate execution by moderating progress meetings, following up on actions, tracking implementation progress, and supporting change management (readiness, adoption, resistance, communication).

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA) in Business Administration, (Business) Engineering, General/Strategic Management or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in different functions and/or contexts – ideally with proven ability to “connect the dots” across stakeholders, topics and initiatives.
  • Proven expertise in project management methods, agile frameworks (especially OKRs) and related tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with an implementation- and results-oriented mindset.
  • Practical knowledge and experience in change management (readiness, stakeholder management, adoption, resistance).
  • Strong capability to translate data into insights, recommendations and management-ready reporting.
  • Fluent in English mandatory; German is an advantage.
