About the role
- Plan, manage and coordinate engineering projects within the R&D/Engineering department
- Coordinate engineering activities to ensure product cost optimization
- Develop product assurance plans and project stages
- Lead project teams and assign tasks
- Ensure compliance with standards and quality gates
- Conduct risk analyses and profitability studies
- Provide technical documentation to customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of Project Management in Research and Development or Engineering with interdisciplinary teams
- Competence in quality systems
- Knowledge in Filtration products is desired
- Engineering-relevant IT tools (MS Office, cProjects, CDB, etc.)
