About the role
- Manage strategic projects that support heavy-duty fleet sales initiatives and product development programs
- Ensure alignment between business development objectives and product lifecycle execution
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain
- Leverage technical expertise, Lean methodologies, and best practices to deliver projects on time
- Monitor project milestones and report progress to leadership
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with fleet operator behaviors and TCO insights
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, product management, engineering, and supply chain teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in project management with exposure to sales strategy and product management
- Experience in the filtration industry and direct-to-fleet markets (Class 6/7/8 trucks - Construction, Agriculture, Mining and Hydraulics)
- Strong knowledge of TCO analysis, supply chain optimization, and technical sales
- Proficiency with project management tools and digital platforms
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience in agriculture, construction, and mining filtration businesses (preferred)
