About the role

  • Manage strategic projects that support heavy-duty fleet sales initiatives and product development programs
  • Ensure alignment between business development objectives and product lifecycle execution
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, operations, and supply chain
  • Leverage technical expertise, Lean methodologies, and best practices to deliver projects on time
  • Monitor project milestones and report progress to leadership
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with fleet operator behaviors and TCO insights
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, product management, engineering, and supply chain teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates to leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with exposure to sales strategy and product management
  • Experience in the filtration industry and direct-to-fleet markets (Class 6/7/8 trucks - Construction, Agriculture, Mining and Hydraulics)
  • Strong knowledge of TCO analysis, supply chain optimization, and technical sales
  • Proficiency with project management tools and digital platforms
  • PMP certification (preferred)
  • Experience in agriculture, construction, and mining filtration businesses (preferred)
