About the role

  • Translate strategic corporate goals into impactful, operational project plans and ensure that results fully reflect the company’s strategic direction
  • Lead, empower, and coach interdisciplinary project teams to foster a productive and motivating team environment
  • Plan tasks, organize regular team meetings, and ensure clear and purpose‑driven communication
  • Provide transparent status reporting, actively manage risks, and steer corrective actions to ensure project success
  • Take responsibility for project budgeting, resource planning and allocation, and economic assessments in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Support organizational change initiatives in cooperation with additional experts
  • Derive “lessons learned” to support the long-term improvement of our project landscape
  • Coach and support other project managers in business units, Operations, and central functions in planning and executing strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, Management, or a comparable field
  • At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects in an international environment
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, agile frameworks, and modern project tools
  • Solid understanding of change management and hands-on experience in transformation processes
  • Business‑fluent English skills
  • Strong analytical skills and a highly solution-oriented mindset
  • Confident in handling complex and dynamic environments
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities
  • Strategic, results-oriented working style and strong self-motivation
  • Proactive, team-oriented personality with a confident and professional presence toward stakeholders
  • Genuine enthusiasm for driving change and actively engaging across all levels of the organization
