About the role

  • Provide HR Team leadership and expertise
  • Develop, manage, coordinate, and administer HR programs and projects
  • Support development of change plans and implementation of talent program
  • Partner with Communities of Expertise and HR Operations to develop policies and tools
  • Assist Regional HRBP or HR Manager in selected topics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • HR Certifications - SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP a plus
  • 5+ years of Human Resources experience including previous experience as HRBP or HR Mgr. within a manufacturing environment.
  • HRIS experience (Success Factors preferred)
