About the role
- Analyze and improve Productivity, Scrap and Safety indicators.
- Monitor IPTs in production areas.
- Perform technical analyses of quality and safety issues; participate in inventory RRQC.
- Participate in SQDC meetings at the PMC.
- Prepare production work instructions.
- Support the plant in improving KPIs (SQDC).
- Propose and implement process and product improvement solutions.
- Support Coordinators and Production Supervision in analyses and solutions for process improvements (CMC).
- Assist Coordinators in training operators on production routines.
- Lead CMC projects focused on MS (Material Saving) and NMS (Non-Material Saving).
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Engineering or Technologist).
- Advanced knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and measurement instruments.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with SAP.
- Intermediate English.
- Must reside in Indaiatuba or surrounding area.
