About the role

  • Provide remote 1st level IT support for MANN+HUMMEL employees in Poland and other locations
  • Resolve incidents and process requests using the ServiceNOW ticketing system
  • Develop and update instructions for internal users
  • Communicate with users via MS Teams
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and other software

Requirements

  • High school diploma, preferably in a technical field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage, but not required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Office 365; strong interest in IT
  • Fluent Polish (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2) are required; German is a significant advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and proactivity
