About the role
- Provide remote 1st level IT support for MANN+HUMMEL employees in Poland and other locations
- Resolve incidents and process requests using the ServiceNOW ticketing system
- Develop and update instructions for internal users
- Communicate with users via MS Teams
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, and other software
Requirements
- High school diploma, preferably in a technical field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage, but not required
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Office 365; strong interest in IT
- Fluent Polish (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2) are required; German is a significant advantage
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, reliability, and proactivity
