Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain Supply Chain data across internal systems
Produce and distribute regular Supply Chain reports
Create and maintain product and supplier records
Support Demand Planners with administrative tasks
Process and maintain documentation relating to purchase orders
Coordinate meetings and prepare reports where required
File and maintain Supply Chain documentation in accordance with company procedures
Update expected delivery dates on retailer orders
Assist with new booking in dates for deliveries to retailers
Update databases with delivery status and confirm PODs
Support continuous improvement activities within the department
Provide general administrative support to the wider Supply Chain team
