About the role

  • Create high-quality branding and web designs for startups and growing businesses
  • Work closely with the Design Director
  • Adapt and enhance existing designs
  • Support brand identity development
  • Deliver polished, visually compelling digital assets for web and mobile platforms
  • Design modern, visually compelling websites and mobile layouts
  • Apply a web-first design approach with responsive layouts and cross-device consistency
  • Produce high-quality web and mobile designs primarily using Figma
  • Support creation and adaptation of brand identities for clients
  • Deliver work that reflects a high standard of quality and creativity
  • Manage multiple design tasks within a fast-paced, startup-driven environment

Requirements

  • Professional graphic design experience, with a focus on web-first and digital design
  • Strong visual design skills for websites and mobile layouts
  • Experience adapting existing designs and layouts
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
  • Ability to support brand identity creation and enhancement
  • Good understanding of typography, color, and visual consistency
  • Demonstrated high-quality work in web design, digital assets, and branding
  • Ability to work closely with a Design Director and internal team
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating designs quickly
  • Familiarity with web builders such as Framer or Webflow is a plus
  • Interest in AI tools or modern design workflows is a plus
