About the role

  • As our new Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be the driving force behind data-driven insights across the company.
  • You will develop scalable data models, build self-service analytics structures, and create intelligent data products that enable our teams to make truly data-driven decisions.
  • You will act as a close business partner to our teams, translating their requirements into actionable data solutions and supporting decision-making.
  • You will design and maintain scalable data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • You will develop and optimize data products to enable self-service analytics across the company.
  • You will enhance our data infrastructure to ensure efficient data processing and delivery.
  • You will ensure data quality through testing frameworks, validation processes, and thorough documentation.
  • You will confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for data-informed approaches, including when engaging with senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Generalist.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with data transformation tools such as dbt, and experience with visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, enabling efficient structuring of datasets for analytics and reporting.
  • A data-first mindset and a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and reliability across analytics outputs.
  • Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders to define metrics and enable data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player.
  • Ability to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and deliver insights and recommendations that drive meaningful action.
  • Nice to have: experience with Python for data engineering and orchestration tasks.
