About the role
- You ensure that Maniko is not only present in brick-and-mortar retail but also delivered as an engaging, high-performing experience — from initial planning to the perfect in-store presentation at the point of sale (POS).
- You are responsible for implementing and continuously managing our branded POS areas, with a focus on counters and shelf toppers.
- You manage end-to-end large-scale rollouts as well as seasonal POS updates and ensure smooth execution across all markets.
- You coordinate restocking for product launches, assortment changes and seasonal transitions, ensuring precise implementation according to the concept.
- You continuously develop our POS presence and optimize existing solutions with a focus on cost efficiency, category performance and brand impact.
- You plan, manage and lead merchandising agencies and external service providers during rollouts, store refits and day-to-day operations.
- You work closely with Trade Marketing, Key Account Management and Supply Chain & Logistics to ensure clear alignment and seamless handovers.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in POS and/or counter management, ideally within the drugstore/health & beauty retail environment, and technical knowledge of store fixtures, display systems and POS materials.
- Highly organized, working precisely, in a structured and proactive manner.
- A team player who is reliable and confident in communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent German and good English skills.
- Willingness to travel.
