Requirements

What you’ll need

J.D. and active bar admission
7+ years of employer-side immigration experience
Experience managing or developing legal teams
Comfort with public visibility — thought leadership, social, client events
A professional network in HR, Legal, or People Ops circles
The ambition to build a practice, not just run a docket
