About the role
- Own and lead business immigration cases from strategy to approval
- Focus heavily on EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 petitions
- Draft, review, and file high-quality petitions and supporting documentation
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for your clients
- Collaborate closely with Manifest’s intake, sales, and operations teams
- Manage paralegals and junior attorneys as your practice grows
- Communicate consistently and proactively with clients and internal teams
- Contribute to revenue growth and be rewarded directly for it
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience practicing immigration law
- Strong focus on business immigration, especially: EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1 cases
- Proven success drafting and filing complex petitions
- Excellent writing and client communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Willingness to obtain Arizona bar admission upon joining
