About the role

  • Build, mentor, and lead regional sales teams across multiple cities.
  • Establish clear performance metrics and ensure teams consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture through ongoing coaching, enablement, and accountability.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Maneva’s overall business objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to create and continuously refine a localized, repeatable sales playbook.
  • Lead by example in strategic customer engagements, demonstrating strong consultative selling and deep understanding of manufacturing challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Maneva’s leadership team—including the CEO and CTO—to align sales execution with product roadmap and company strategy.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key manufacturing customers and strategic partners.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, tailoring AI-driven solutions to address specific operational pain points.
  • Oversee and actively participate in the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close, ensuring smooth handoff to implementation teams.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer needs to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Represent Maneva at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, positioning the company as a leader in AI-powered manufacturing solutions.

Requirements

  • - Experience: 10+ years of success in B2B sales leadership roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial technology, including experience scaling a startup sales organization from early traction to significant revenue growth (e.g., $100M+).
  • - Leadership: Proven ability to build, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • - Manufacturing Expertise: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and production challenges.
  • - Strategic Mindset: Ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • - Analytical Skills: Strong capability in ROI-based selling, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
  • - Technical Acumen: Comfort working with AI-driven solutions and translating technical value into business impact for diverse stakeholders.
  • - Travel: Willingness to travel regionally to support sales teams and engage with customers as needed.
