• Lead a 3-month assessment of a PostgreSQL (PSI) database environment
• Define the target architecture
• Drive the migration strategy toward the SCIB Data Lake
• Align with the bank data governance standards
• Comprehensive analysis of the existing PostgreSQL environment
• Document schemas, tables, relationships, constraints, triggers, and stored procedures
• Identify data producers, ETL processes, and upstream source systems
• Work with global CTO to define the target structure on SCIB Data Lake
• Define migration roadmap, rollback plan, phases, and timeline
