About the role

  • Coordinate on-ground events and activations (e.g., hackathons, partner events, forums, meetups).
  • Own logistics end-to-end: venue coordination, registration, timelines, suppliers, and on-site operations.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact with partners, speakers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support PR activities around key milestones.
  • Help build and manage an upskilling community around AI, cloud, and future-of-work topics.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations related to AWS and B2C campaigns.
  • Manage UGC production: sourcing creators, aligning on scripts/angles, collecting deliverables.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in marketing coordination, events, or account management (preferably in tech, edtech, or startup environments)
  • Strong familiarity with GCC, ideally KSA
  • Fluent Arabic (native) and strong English (written & spoken)
  • Comfortable owning logistics and coordination for offline events and activations
  • Experience working with agencies, partners, or sponsors on campaigns, events, or announcements
  • Understands how events, PR, influencers, and UGC connect back to growth and brand goals
  • Bias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity, enjoys building processes rather than just following them
  • Strong communicator, organized, and able to manage multiple stakeholders at once.
