About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides senior consultative services and project work for Professional Services clients
Responsible for designing, implementing, and remedying complex technology solutions in two or more of the following: Cloud Technology, Modern Workplace/Automation, Exchange/Messaging, Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking
Acts as a presales consult to help a client identify appropriate solutions, determine project scope, tasks, and budget requirements
Acts as project lead for assigned projects, directing others in completing project tasks according to project scopes
Acts as a mentor to help develop the skillsets of Project Engineers and others
Completes additional, related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience providing engineering within a Microsoft environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consultative capacity at a systems integrator/MSP/other IT vendor
High levels of project ownership and individual accountability in a results-oriented environment
Demonstrated experience as a project lead
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation
Demonstrated commitment to strong documentation and repeatable standards
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Previous Office365 migration experience (both hybrid and cloud only) required
