About the role
- Leverage deep knowledge of Home Infusion, Specialty pharmacy and Ambulatory Infusion to drive sales and provide tailored solutions to members
- Build and maintain strong member relationships and establish optimum account visit frequencies
- Understand the member’s needs and resolve issues, while ensuring a positive member experience
- Drive market share through existing customer utilization assessments
- Provide advance notification of new products and price changes to enable MHA members to make timely and informed decisions
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute a cohesive strategy to enhance the overall member experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience with hands-on experience in specialty and infusion services, particularly within the pharmaceutical or medical product industries
- College degree and account management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and drive sales growth
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365, specifically Microsoft Word®, Outlook®, Excel®, PowerPoint®, and Teams
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
