Bookkeeper
Managed Group. Record day-to-day financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, and payments .
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including expenses, invoices, and payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across systems
- Process vendor invoices and assist with accounts payable activities
- Support customer invoicing and accounts receivable tracking
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis
- Assist with data entry for general ledger and accounting systems
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping
- Support payroll data entry and coordination as needed
- Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
- Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate and accessible documentation
- Collaborate with the accounting team to support daily operations
- Perform other related duties and administrative tasks as assigned to support the finance and accounting function
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of bookkeeping, accounting support, or related experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with financial data and systems
