- Primary owner of Mammoth Distribution's highest priority retail partnerships (Heavy Hitters and Papa & Barkley).
- Drive top-line revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and securing new placements.
- Collaborate with field representatives to increase sell-through and selling effectiveness.
- Analyze sales data to find insights and develop strategies that lead to growth.
- Mentor teammates and close high-value deals.
- Spend 50-70% of time on the road engaging with key accounts.

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales success in the cannabis, alcohol, or CPG industries.
- Strategic mindset and the ability to interpret sales data to drive action.
- Resilience and a positive attitude in the face of setbacks and shifting priorities.
- Obsessively detail-oriented and relentlessly dependable, delivering high-level customer service and follow-through.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to influence at all levels.
- A passion for the plant and a collaborative, hard-working spirit.
- Ability to spend 50-70% of time on the road actively engaging with key accounts.
