Account Executive

• Support Account Managers in managing client relationships and communications
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and next steps
• Coordinate internal teams and organise meetings, reviews, and presentations
• Assist in preparing creative briefs, proposals, and presentation materials
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Liaise with third-party suppliers where required
• Proof and check outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards

Designer

• To work collaboratively with the creative team in developing creative concepts and campaign ideas
• To be passionate about visual research and mood-boarding to support creative development
• To assist in the creation of visuals for presentations and other client deliverables
• To work collaboratively with senior designers to refine design layouts
• To contribute to brand guideline creation and maintain visual consistency across client projects
• To support the artwork team by creating assets for production, including digital and print specifications
• To participate in internal design reviews and action feedback effectively
• To stay up to date with design trends, tools and technologies relevant to branding and digital media

Junior Designer

• Lead creative projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring design excellence and strategic alignment
• Present confidently to clients, articulating ideas and rationale clearly and persuasively
• Plan and structure projects in collaboration with client services and strategy teams
• Direct and brief animators, video, and digital teams to bring concepts to life across media
• Act as a brand advocate, ensuring best practice and consistency across guidelines and applications
• Mentor and support junior team members, nurturing creativity and attention to detail
• Contribute to workshops and brand development sessions, shaping ideas that connect emotionally and intellectually
• Push the craft and storytelling of Mammoth’s creative output, from concept to motion, print to digital
