About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage the editorial calendar across all social media channels
- Independently produce and edit content: video, photo, and graphics
- Timely identification of trends and brand-relevant adaptation
- Actively build and nurture our community
- Conceptualize and support video campaigns with high engagement potential
- Conduct interviews with our founding team and external guests
- Prepare, edit, and post-produce our podcast
- Regular performance analysis of content
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media and content creation — ideally in a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle environment
- Alternatively: a completed degree or vocational training in media, communications, or marketing with relevant practical experience
- Strong understanding of major social platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Independent, organized, and results-oriented working style
- Confident use of common tools for video editing, image editing, and content planning
- A genuine love for dogs and strong motivation
