Field Sales Manager – Central Germany

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active management and expansion of the distribution network in Central Germany
- Strengthening contacts with decision-makers at store, regional and national levels
- Acquisition of new retail partners and ensuring optimal distribution
- Conducting sales meetings and negotiations with retail decision-makers
- Regular visits to points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability
- Training sales staff on our products
- Implementing promotions and marketing activities to increase sales
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize distribution strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in field sales and retail
- Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
- Experience in pet specialty retail (or with technically complex/consultative products) is an advantage
- Fluent German (at least C1)
- Residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse)
