About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively manage and expand the distribution network in Central Germany
  • Maintain contact with decision-makers at store, regional and national levels
  • Acquire new retail partners and ensure optimal product distribution
  • Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with retail decision-makers
  • Regularly visit points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability
  • Train sales staff on our products and their benefits
  • Implement promotions and marketing activities to increase sales
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize distribution strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent
  • Strong experience in field sales and retail
  • Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
  • Experience in (pet) specialty retail or selling technically complex products is a plus
  • Fluent German (minimum C1)
  • Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse)
