Field Sales Manager – Central Germany

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively manage and expand the distribution network in Central Germany
- Maintain contact with decision-makers at store, regional and national levels
- Acquire new retail partners and ensure optimal product distribution
- Conduct sales meetings and negotiations with retail decision-makers
- Regularly visit points of sale to ensure product visibility and availability
- Train sales staff on our products and their benefits
- Implement promotions and marketing activities to increase sales
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize distribution strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- Strong experience in field sales and retail
- Solid knowledge of the FMCG market in the DACH region
- Experience in (pet) specialty retail or selling technically complex products is a plus
- Fluent German (minimum C1)
- Permanent residence in Central Germany (Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, southern Lower Saxony, eastern Hesse)
