About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sparring partner for the founder on strategic topics, decision-making, and prioritization.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis for business initiatives.
Create compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Own special projects — from concept to execution — and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
Contribute to operational excellence, process optimization, KPI tracking, and smooth execution.
Proactively identify opportunities, ask the right questions, and strive for improved outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting, project management, or a dynamic startup environment
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset — hands-on, adaptable, and curious
Passion for startups and ideally an ambition to become a founder someday
Pragmatism meets creativity — finding creative solutions for complex challenges
Interest in marketing and the ability to empathize with customers
Passion for dogs and other pets.
